Mining is an industrial field that requires rubber conveyor belts with specific requirements to approach various as well as demanding applications. For this reason, Longli supplies steel and textile carcass rubber belts for long distances covering equipped with high abrasion and impact resistance qualities.

For such applications, textile carcass belts can be reinforced by adding a steel transversal reinforcement to the top cover. Alternatively, they can also be equipped adding a special double nylon warp.

Steel carcass belts are the best solution when a better cut and tear resistance is required, above all when there is a need for low elongation for long distances.

A crucial requirement is using abrasion resistance covers to equip such products: obviously many different coverage options are available, depending on the handled material and different abrasive grades.
