White conveyor belt, consisting of cotton, nylon, polyester and other fabrics, with or without a covering layer outside the core. Examples of the covering layer can be divided into rubber type(including rubber-plastic type) and plastic type. The name of the light belt can be smooth,and there can also be various patterns of deep and shallow patterns or transverse strips, partitions and ripple edges. The transmission surface can also be longitudinally positioned, and the light belt may be wrapped or cut.

APLICATION & REQUIRMENTS

Some belts used in the sugar and food industry need to have a surprisingly high resistance to the effects of abrasive wear , while others need to possess a good level of resistance to the damaging effects of oil found in vegetable products such as  grain and sugar. There are also important safety factors such as such as fire resistance and belts that operate in environments  (ATEX controlled zones) where there is a risk of explosion need to be sufficiently antistatic. Another common requirement are  profiled belts that convey goods up steeply inclined conveyors.  And where any kind of foodstuff is being conveyed, even in its  rawest form, it is always important the rubber used in the conveyor belt conforms with REACH (Registration, Evaluation,  and Authorization of Chemical substances) regulation EC 1907/2006. These regulations include the stipulation that potentially  harmful chemicals should either not be used at all or at least only used on a very restricted basis because of their category 3  carcinogenic classification.
